Decorating The RV Walls
I haven’t updated much lately about the RV interior so I thought I’d share a couple of snapshots of some recent “decor.”
Remember when we tore all the brass stuff down off this wall by the door and put in the key rack? Well that key rack is in the bottom of this picture. You can see it has keys and a couple of coats hanging from it currently.
Above it, I added my favorite photo of the kids and this cute little print that I found for $5 at Homegoods this weekend. We might have to take them down when we drive the motorhome, but it makes it feel home-y when we’re settled down.
On the right of the couch, on the wall, we hung this little Razorback wall plate.
It’s special because it belonged to my Granny & Big Daddy. I remember it being in their house when I was a little girl. They weren’t really Arkansas fans, but had an ongoing rivalry with their neighbor and at one point received this as a gift. :)
They both passed away many years ago but my mom held on to this plate. Who knew that I’d marry a die-hard Razorback fan some day? We’ve had it hanging in our house for years and it seemed only right that it would make the RV journey with us too.
There are still lots of projects left to do on the renovation but it seems like every little piece we add (or remove for that matter) make it a little more special.

First-love your blog! Second, have you ever used the 3M Command VELCRO strips? I love the command strips in general, but the velcro ones hold so amazingly well, and you wouldn’t have to take things off of the wall when you travel-it would stay in place perfectly! Plus, when you don’t want them up anymore, the command strip comes right off with no damage!
Thanks Tina! And that’s a great idea! I’ve never tried those before. I’m working on organizing a big cabinet/closet too and that might work for the wall in it…
